    RESERVATION'S GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Low season : May, June, September
    High season : July - August
    Rental are from Saturday to Saturday
    Pets are allowed inside bungalows
    Fridge and crockery provided in bungalows
    Bed sheets & balnkets not provided

    For rental : reservation will be confirmed once deposit is made according to space availability

    REGISTRATON & PAYMENT
    In order to be completed and confirmed your reservation must include :
  • 30% of the total amount of your stay + 25 euros of overhead expenses non refundable in case of cancellation
  • The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the first day of your arrival.

    CANCELLATION & ALTERATION
    The tenant who has to postpone the stay must inform the direction in written by fax or telegramme. In case of non-respect of this regulation the bungalow is considered vacant 24h afer the contract foreseen arrival date. No refund will be conceded.
    No refund conceded in case of an early departure or late arrival
    Reservation can be modified only 30 days prior to the 1st day of the foreseen agreed dates, according to availability of space.
